The location is perfect, close to the ocean, to bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, you can walk almost everywhere from the apartment and Wolt application is available for delivery to the apartment. We cannot thank Luca enough for making our stay a dream, with an amazing treatment and an amazing apartment. Five stars!

When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

The fact that all rooms have a sea view is a game-changer. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling Mediterranean waters every morning was a dream come true. I can confidently say that if I ever return to Chios, Stroubis will undoubtedly be my top choice.
