We chose this hotel mainly based on location and reviews — but what we discovered truly amazed us! This is a real paradise for children. Yes, parents are well taken care of too, but the main guests here are definitely the kids. Everything throughout the hotel is designed with children in mind: toy cars, play areas, drawing boards around every corner, a kids’ room, a special buffet at child height with a child-friendly menu, and a water park with zones for all ages. We only wish we had known about this place when our kids were younger. Of course, when you’re on holiday with kids, you’re still a parent — but this hotel makes life so much easier.

The Houses of History se nachází na břehu Belső-tó v Tihany, na půl hektarovém pozemku, 5 minut chůze od centra města. 200 let stará historická památkově chráněná budova vytváří atmosféru 19. století.... The breakfest was great I really liked the food. And the location Is fenomenal , this small town/villige Is perfect for a weekend getaway and the hotel Is amazing. 10 out of 10 for sure will come here again.

Lovely place, nice breakfast, we relaxed in the hot tub a lot. The location is great, really close to the lake. We liked our room and the staff was great. You can take bikes for free which is great (you only need to leave a deposit but it was like 20euros which was fine)
