The hotel is brand new, clean, and well-equipped. I especially liked the terrace in our room that gave us a direct view into the sea as well as the sound of waves crashing against the shore. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the beach is right in front of the hotel.

Perfect location, extremely clean everywhere, the woman helping us from the reception was phenomenal - super helpful and welcoming! Great lighting, especially in the bathroom – ideal mirrors for doing your makeup :)

Great place for the money, rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable, bathrooms are great. Milica at the reception was great with all! Hotel is next to Old Town Budva so great view and everything in walking distance.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Villa Sun Budva and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — only about 2 km from the beautiful Old Town, yet tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it feels peaceful and local, without the tourist crowds. Walking to the old town or beach is easy, and there are supermarkets and bakeries just minutes away. The room was spotless, modern, and freshly renovated. The bed was really comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus — we cooked breakfast and dinner several times and saved a lot compared to eating out. The host was super friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Highly recommend Villa Sun to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and great-value stay in Budva!

We could not fault this place. It exceeded our expectations! The place is very new, modern and clean. The staff are amazing and everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful, always looking to see if everything was ok, but not over doing it! The room (junior suite) was perfect for us and our daughter, very spacious, very clean and comfortable. We had a meal on our first night there and it was one of the best pasta dishes ive had. Nice setting too! Location is perfect, away from any busy streets and up high enough you get a great view if the valley below. Only 10mins drive from Budva old town. Free parking available too. The outside area is very relaxing and we spent some time there and in the pool, we felt very relaxed on the grounds everytime we returned. Hope to one day return!
