This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. What is better than waking up every morning to see the magnificent view of the Mexican gulf! The room was great. A large suite with a seating area and terrace. To bathroom is huge with very nice amenities. Staff are welcoming and cooperative. We tried the room service, buffet, and different restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic. The beach was the best part in this trip. Turquoise water and sandy beach. The entertainment program in the hotel is good and creative. Mexican nigh, piano, magic show. There is a different program for every night. We got an upgrade and a very delicious cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Grand fiesta Americana Will be my first choice when I can back to Cancun.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the upstairs apartment that has two bedrooms, and it had the best views of Bacalar. We had our own huge balcony with a table that sits six with the best view. The restaurant just opened a couple of months ago; the food was delicious. The Shrimp Tacos are a must. Chef Cristian did an amazing job with the dishes. They have a nice double deck to enjoy your time at the lake. We will definitely come back.

The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.
