We especially loved the staff, who were always helpful and explained everything in great detail. Loved the place, and definitely would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful property, well located near the centre of the town and on the waterfront. The house is themed on the history of a previous Röder and some fascinating documents and pictures are on display. Even the rooms are named after other members of the family, which is a nice touch. The host was amazing and couldn't do enough, being particularly helpful in securing our e-bikes in his garage. Breakfast was wonderful and eaten at a communal table with other guests, which is fully in keeping with the ambiance of the house and was most enjoyable.

Lovely hotel in quiet beatiful old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a very large room which was spotlessly clean and had a kettle and fridge. There was a secure coutyard where I couls store my bicycle. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection.

The hospitality we experienced from Mieke and Dirk was exceptional. Thoughtful, caring, with a lot of attention to detail; just true hosts. Beds - comfy, perfect for a good sleep. Bathroom - good shower, good lighting, fluffy and good quality towels. Kitchen - everything that is needed and then some, coffee machine was putting a smile onto our faces in the morning. Entertainment - 2 tvs, Netflix, many language tv stations. Privacy - second to none.

The location allowed us to enjoy the stunning tulips in the local area, visit galleries and museums in Amsterdam and The Hague and cycle, using hire bikes from the property.
