The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special as it was my birthday celebration. On our two separate stays, we were given beautiful rooms—one overlooking the harbour and another with a stunning bay view of the Sky Tower. Both rooms were modern, spotless, and perfectly sized for a couple. A thoughtful gesture was the sweet treats sent up for my birthday, which truly made me feel celebrated. The restaurant, Mozzarella & Co., offered delicious food, and the servers were attentive and warm throughout. Every day of our stay was enjoyable, and the location of the hotel is just perfect—right in a prime spot and very well maintained. Despite our early morning arrival, we were kindly allowed to check in before the standard time, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. We loved every moment and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Auckland!

I got upgraded to a room on top floor, which exceeded my expectations by all means. The view was fantastic and during my short stay at Auckland I got to see the most important sights of the city at one glimpse. Also the pool and gym offered brilliant way to fresh up after long flights. Many thanks for the beautiful experience! Also staff was extremely helpful, self-initiative and friendly.

Very clean comfortable and we felt very relaxed The apartment has good transport links to Auckland and elsewhere. Netflix and Amazon Prime were a welcome luxury. I would stay there again.

Family friendly 3BR flat - 3min walk to the beach - self contained se nachází v Aucklandu a nabízí vybavení pro vodní sporty. We were coming late at night and Crystal provided us with a whole basket of goodies so that we could make breakfast in the morning without the need to go to the grocery store. This was a very nice surprise and much appreciated. The apartment is small but neat and has everything one might need. Nice little backyard with lime trees. 40 min drive to Auckland downtown.
