It’s right at a beautiful white sand beach with plenty snorkeling opportunities literally three meters away. A 200 meter stroll via the beach takes you to the village with a great restaurant (Métis), supermarket and a relaxed vibe. The owners give you all the privacy you, but are also helpful for instance lending their kayak or snorkeling mask. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with nice airco in the sleeping room and a nice outdoor kitchen and seating area overlooking the blue lagoon.

The location right at the water front and close to the waves of the lagoon's edge was simply magical. I could just spend hours sitting on the sand, taking in the ocean's beauty and sounds, and the amazing views of the surrouding mountains and coast - not mentioning the exceptionally cleary night skies. The property is made so that you directly live with the ocean, both from the room and the dining/living area, including a cute seashell and flower decoration in the rooms. Very calm except for the waves (lovely lulaby) and the ocean breeze makes it nicely refreshing (compared to elsewhere), and it is easy to be in your own private space outside. The location on the island is nicely clsoe (8 km) to the main town with shops, restaurants, gas stations, banks, harbor, aiport, etc. while still convenient to explore the south side of Huahine. The owner Flora is feisty and incredibly sweet and generous, ans she is a star when it comes to caring for her guests, doing what she can to help and make their stay special. Scooter or car rental across the street. Overall my 5-night stay there were very resourceful and I was pleasantly surprised.

Maitai Lapita Village Huahine se nachází ve Fare a nabízí zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a bar. EVERYTHING :) It is a bit on the expensive side, but still far from OWB prices. And basically you get one of the most wonderful beaches and snorkel-spots you can imagine. Rooms are tidy, wonderful, and it indeed feels like a Garden of Eden, or a Village. We walked by foot from the ferry - 2 minutes walk on the shore. Shops, foodtrucks nearby - the restaurant is second-to-none. Stuff are not just friendly, but incredibly funny, in a good way. We celebrated my birthday night here - I will never ever forget it :)

We had a wonderful stay at Montrose Place. The home was absolutely lovely—comfortable, welcoming, and well set up for a relaxing holiday. The food we purchased from them was delicious and a real highlight of our stay. We also really enjoyed the snorkelling at the nearby beach, and there was a whale and its calf that came right in front of the property, which made the location even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Huahine!

Beautifully clean, exquisite decor and magical location. Lovely owners and house keeper. Great communication and option for home cooked meal on arrival. It’s got to be the best place to stay on Huahine!

Right on on the water, comfortable two bedroom house, quiet location, large covered deck. Polynesian feel. No Ac, but good ventilation and fans. Beds comfortable. Hosts next door, lovely couple, very helpful for information and accommodating. Kayak and snorkel available. Swimming right from the water edge. Westerly location for sunsets. Short distance to town and airport.

Parea Lodge Huahine Bungalow 1#MAHANA se nachází v destinaci Parea a nabízí ubytování s klimatizací, které se může pochlubit balkonem. The beach is amazing and it is only 10 seconds from apartment. The owners are really kind and helpfull. I hope that one day we will be back.

We enjoyed snorkeling in the clear water and walking down the beach. The hosts even rented us a vehicle to use while we were there.
