While I was walking as a pilgrim for Santiago, I booked a bed in this place, which is basically the house of Luis, opened to pilgrims. He's been kind and warm and offered a peaceful accommodation in a dormitory with clean beds and bedsheets, and all the facilities needed for a pilgrim. Apulia as well is a very nice town to visit.

The special treat is it is right at the ocean, with a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Fruiteria a few doors away, and good coffee shop a block away. Póvoa de Varzim has alot to see, and it is worth the few extra km north of Vila de Conde to see them and to stay here

I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, dinner was delicious, and breakfast was outstanding. The views were absolutely breathtaking.
