Friendly, and very helpful. Literally right next to a wonderful sandy bay to swim and see turtles. Immaculate property. Great to have a small kitchen. Rooms all seem to be nicely upgraded and very modern.

Location was great, our room had an amazing ocean view and lovely lanai that we spent a lot of time on. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Situated 300 feet above the sea with sweeping views of three Hawaiian Islands, Hotel Wailea, Relais & Chateaux - Adults Only features luxurious facilities and spacious suites. I have never made a review in booking, but for this hotel I have to make the best review, even thought we had trouble with hot shower in the first day, the hotel did every possible to compensate the issue, providing us with an update and giving us 50% off and free breakfast, beside of that, I have never seen a more gentle staff and a more incredible service in my life!
