The beds were so comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was yummy and the staff was really helpful with everything that we needed.

This was one of our best stays in the US! I don't know where to start: the building and the room were beautifully decorated and maintained, since this is an old mansion with fantastic architecture! The room was very big and stunning, with a beautiful bathroom and super comfortable beds. The staff also upgraded our room to a better and bigger one, with a balcony and a view of the seaside! Also the location is very central in Bar Harbor, allowing to reach the town on foot. I must also mention the fantastic breakfast we had, cooked on the spot by the kitchen staff and delicious.

We thought of this booking more like an Airbnb, rent a room style. We are not really familar with the Bed & Breakfast concept shown here. But it was a very pleasant surprise. The owner live in the building and renting out two nice rooms in the main Building and one room in a little house in the backyard. They where very nice people with great advices for our trip in Bar Harbor and the two dogs where an added bonus. - Everything is very new and nicely furnished and decorated. - Breakfast is homecooked every morning and was exceptional! - Awesome place to also meet other guests and exchange about the vacation planing

Central House is exceptionally well placed in Bar Harbour with great access to all amenities and a great breakfast is available just one block away. The rooms are old-fashioned but exceptionally well presented and clean with all modern amenities. The porch gives the property amazing curb-side appeal. Would recommend without hesitation.

The baked goods on arrival were a real treat after a long drive. Breakfast was really good loved the sweet and savoury options.

This Bar Harbor property is located just 5 minutes’ drive from Acadia National Park and half a mile from the Bar Harbor pier. Facilities include free Wi-Fi and lush gardens. It is a lovely place, I felt at home. All the staff is super kind and friendly.

Located in central Bar Harbor, this hotel is 6.4 km from Sand Beach and 2.2 km from Acadia National Park. The hotel serves a complimentary deluxe breakfast each morning. it was great value and the staff was phenomenal. The breakfast good with different choices to have. It was great to sit in the rockers out front of the hotel drinking tea. I highly recommend this property to stay at. The bonus was having a laundry facility that has courtesy detergent and Snuggles
