The staff are so friendly and helpful. Hue in reception was so kind, communicated with us before we arrived, let us check in early and upgraded our room for no extra charge. She also arranged a lovely day cruise around Halong Bay for us with hotel pick up and drop off. Mike was also very friendly and helpful with meals, bags and any other requests. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was big and very delicious at a discounted price. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, cozy and well equipped with a small fridge, hair dryer, kettle, etc. The location is within walking distance to the beach, with beautiful flowers and murals along the way. The beach itself was a bit quiet since it was off season. Overall, best stay we had in our entire Vietnam trip.

Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group is situated in Ha Long. The property is set at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Guests can enjoy sea views. An excellent experience and highly recommended. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive everywhere, from the moment we arrived on land, to the crew on board, and in the restaurant. It was honestly hard to say who was more welcoming. The cabins are beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean. The food was excellent. The top deck offers lovely sun loungers, cocktails, and a pool, making it a perfect place to relax. Truly a wonderful experience, we enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this ship.

As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats... The rooms are impressive (especially the views) and the ship goes to a not so crowded area so there were almost no other ships. The difference was the guide, a guy called hiue which made the tour amazing, you cant just get bored he did some squid sishing and karaoke.. Food is ok (served at very early times) and the bike and kayak have amazing views. So highlights: the rooms and the guide Hiue

Especially Rosie and the cruise manager Ashley. It was a pleasure to meet them and be taken care of by them. The boat is beautiful, clean and well managed. We received a small surprise to celebrate our anniversary, and so did others who happened to celebrate their birthdays. Nice touch. The suite room is great. Overall we are very happy with the experience.
