Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group is situated in Ha Long. The property is set at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Guests can enjoy sea views. From start (reservation) to finish (post trip) the service and staff were fantastic! I booked this for my father to travel alone as he celebrated his 78th birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special. Room was beyond amazing, food delicious and onboard was a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this cruise to anyone!

As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats... A well run cruise. We did the 2 day 1 night trip as a couple taking our mothers. They were very accomodating to aid with providing a motorbike transfer to the village for one of our mothers who felt uncomfortable with riding a bike. The boat is older and shows its age but like the name it has its unique charm. Obviously as it’s on the water and colder at the moment it can be musty but reasonably easy to air out and had aircon to be warm and dry over night. Pleasantly surprised that the rooms were of a good size. The itinerary is packed but adequate time to get ready for each activity. Four meals served during our stay, buffet style, yummy food with a great sauce table. The crew do a great job and it feels well organised. Thank you Quang Quack 🦆 for being a great host for us :)

Their level of customer obsession and care is impressive. I would hire both of them in a second! They made my family feel cared for and welcome. I couldn’t thank them enough. The cave trip is amazing and unforgettable. Please remember to tip the cruise employees… I only saw a few other people tip which is sad.

Crystal Holiday Hotel Ha long - 3 Loc Vung Street se nachází v destinaci Ha Long a má restauraci, nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci, bar, zahradu, celoročně otevřený venkovní bazén, terasu a výhled na... ubytovali nás v jiném hotelu, než jsme si objednali, ale kvalita stejná. (prý tam byli dělníci a nebyl by takový klid). Neuvěřitelně nízká cena a slušná snídaně.
