Good location, comfortable, spacious, modern but characterful room in period building. Excellent shared kitchen facilities and secure parking. The host, Serge was very welcoming and most helpful, especially after we accidentally left some belongings in the room when departing.

An outstanding stay in a period property with very modern facilities. The host (Serge) and his staff are very helpful and kind - nothing is too much trouble. The Maison is an old "hotel particulier" - think of the town residence of a wealthy family from a couple of hundred years ago - and has been restored with that in mind. The rooms are decently large and well-appointed, quiet and tastefully decorated in tune with the age of the house. It's not trendy, but it is delightful. The bed was huge, soft and comfortable, and we could sleep really well, especially since each room has a very quiet but effective air conditioning unit. The owner has not scrimped at all; the bathroom is huge, with both a full bath and a separate shower, two washbasins, marble (?) walls and floors, and soft towels. Even the tooth-mugs are of impressively heavy glass. For a night, we were the guests in a stately home.

Excellent quiet location on the outskirts of the city with beautiful nature. The people who provide this accommodation are very nice. Everything went great.

Francis & Micheline are such kind, welcoming hosts, exceeding our expectations in every way. They put attention into every little detail, from the decor in the apartment, to the amazing breakfast. The apartment had everything we needed - a peaceful environment, fridge (stocked full of free snacks), toiletries, comfortable beds, and the bonus of a beautiful view and an exceptional breakfast every morning, tailored to our wishes. Every morning the breakfast table had a different theme and we were provided with a large assortment of delicious breakfast options made up of cheese, meat, baked goods, etc from the region. The hosts even make their own delicious jam in various flavours. There is also a free parking space right outside the property. We will definitely choose B&B a la Malogne every time we come to Mons.
