Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

The host was excellent, very nice, and clear. The hotel offers a very nice view of the mountains and the lake, plus it is slightly outside the city centre, therefore very calm and quiet. Despite being a bit outside, the city centre is very easy to access since the hotel offers free bus tickets (and the bus station is just downstairs) and free WiFi in the old town. For us, this combination was just perfect! The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and diverse.

Convenient location, very spacious and clean. The host was very kind, giving us a tour with detailed explanation and quick with replies. He even let us check-in early without surcharges since the apartment was ready, and lent us extra adapters.

Smooth check in/out. Great location. Clean. Felt welcoming with water in the fridge on a warm day. There was coffe tea.. huge pillows😁 There is a bar under but the windows kept the noise out.

We always like a free upgrade! The room was huge! Best one for hide and seek in the dark with the kids so far. Super friendly staff, very helpful and the hotel location is perfect for plenty of walks around the old city.
