Very cozy and comfortable room, the best location in center and near all restaurants, coffes shops , Christmas market and thermal baths. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and at this time of Christmas also the room and building inside was decorated with Christmas decoration :)

Super friendly staff, easy parking, big rooms, good restaurant food and breakfast. Great walk for families straight from the hotel into the Black Forest. Very calm location. Staff very understanding with my elderly parents. Lovely Elisa who works in the hotel was so kind. Our dog and cat had no more food on arrival and she went home especially to get biscuits and even a banana. 😍 Amazing.

The most bizarre experience in my life. I arrived very late. There was nobody and dark. However, I did not knew which room to take. I saw several rooms with the keys outside, so I entered. Slept very well. In the morning, again, there was nobody in the building.
