Gorgeous farm conversion. I stayed in the 'Tack Room'. Clean, comfortable and cosy in the Winter. Tea, coffee and breakfast facilities in the room. I loved it. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

My Dad and his wife visited from Cheshire and had a wonderful time. They loved the grounds, the place was spotless, and Sharon was a fantastic host. The room was amazing and wow, what a view! Location was perfect with plenty of free parking. The rooms are beautifully decoratored, clean, comfy beds, and comes with lots of lovely little touches that really make you feel welcome such as bottles of water, amazing biscuits and even a personalised notebook. Other family members were staying up the road and were gutted when I showed them pictures because they wished they had booked in here instead. Thank you for a great stay will will be back

These people are the most kind, generous and accommodating hosts imaginable. Through travel mishaps and changed flight times, we arrived late and had to leave early but someone was there for us with a smile and a kind word. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. The breakfast was incredible, the room was adorable and immaculate, the grounds are beautiful, the whole area is spectacular. Other hotels and inns should send their people to The Family Tree to see the proper way to care for guests.

The Coach House is a boutique guest house situated on the A6, 1 mile north of the City Centre. The property is next to Darley Park, five minutes walk from Darley Abbey with its riverside bars.
