The room was very clean and cosy, perfect for both me and my partner. We both loved the character of the room and how cosy it was at night time. Found parking easily and situated directly next to the property. Complimentary waters and a bottle of beer was a lovely touch. Staff were so kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Food in the pub was delicious and very tasty. Would 100% return.

Beautiful location and beautifully presented. We only had breakfast as we were out for the day, but, the breakfast was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I came to visit Diddly Squat Farm and the Farmer’s dog pub and it was 15-20 mins from each so perfect location. The local pubs for dinner where 5 mins away and very good (tried The Bell and The Bull) Finally, I came mostly to sleep but now I would stay for the breakfast ! Had only 2 of them but took 4 different choices … everything was excellent and the employees where efficient and lovable.

Real Ales, fine wines, superb food and a warm welcome await from your hosts, Sarah and Lisa. The interior retains an old world charm, with log fires, stone walls and oak beams.
