Lovely guest house relatively close to the city's historical centre (25 minutes walking, 10 minutes by bus), in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Although we booked the small double room, it was equipped with everything we needed, and also had an electric radiator in case we wanted extra heating. Small breakfast items (tea and coffee sachets, oatmeals) were provided daily.

Everything! The house is absolutely beautiful, Cath is a wonderful host and the location is very convenient, right infront of it there is a bus stop with several lines which take you directly to the city centre for less than 15 min. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it!

The landlord was very helpfull with good advice for restauant, how to travel to Edinburgh, and was an amazing breakfast-Chef, respecting my no lactose/no carb diet. 😊🌻 Fine family, good dogs, good room and bathroom, car parking in the street, very quiet situation, 3 busses and train to Edinburgh... great!!
