The house is just 10-15min walk from the airport which is perfect for a long layover or an very early morning flight to catch the next day. The host is very reactive. She gave me a very detailed explanation to get to the house, which I did successfully. She's really welcoming and helpful. She walked with me to the restaurants. In the there was all the amenities needed, even snacks! It's a great palce to stay wifh a lovely host.

Very friendly and helpful staff, family run guesthouse. Nice old building with cosy rooms. Busstop just infront of the house, trainstation in Horley, max. 10 minutes to walk, from there are regular trains to the city of London. Horley has nice restaurants and supermarkets, also Lidl, in walking distance from the guesthouse. We stayed 4 nights in a family room with two children and we felt almost like being home. The guesthouse is very close to Gatwick Airport, but also very quiet.

I needed something close to Gatwick and I didn't want to stay in one of the standard hotel chains near the airport. This is boutique, its really a nice house that has been converted to a hotel, with a number of large on suite rooms. So don't expect a traditional big hotel. It has lovely comfortable beds, it is in a nice quiet location, the breakfast was amazing and the owner was friendly and helpful.
