We had a lovely stay in Claire’s beautiful little cottage. The breakfasts were very tasteful and she even suggested making variations if we wanted to. She had some amazing tips for places to visit and where to eat. The location is also very good, near the high street with a lovely countryside view. Claire’s a very lovely person and we loved cuddling with Peggy the cat. Definitely would recommend!

It's not every day you get to stay in a building from the 1300s! I love old, historic properties like this, and Bull Hotel was no exception. The hotel is very charming and offers comfortable beds in spectacular surroundings. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was nothing short of amazing. I also had dinner there and the food was great! The location is very good for exploring Long Melford and nearby towns such as Sudbury, Bury St. Emunds and Lavenham by car or local bus. Great hiking possibilities, and close proximity to Melford Hall and Kentwell Hall. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
