StiLiana is one of Mitilini’s grand old mansions that has recently been set up as a boutique hotel. It’s a beautiful, stately home, filled with stunning original furniture and decor. It’s a fascinating insight into the history of Mitilini. It’s positioned opposite the marina, so you look onto the water from the front bedrooms and balconies and get lovely sea breezes too. Beds and pillows are also comfy. It’s an easy walk to the centre, approx 10-15 mins. & about a 5 min drive to the beach below the castle, plus there are lots of swimming spots with clear water back towards the airport and beyond. The staff are super friendly and helpful with local advice. Mitilini itself was a great surprise, it’s vibrant and there’s lots of meandering streets with cool bars and cafes. We were one of the first customers at the hotel and will definitely be back.

We loved our host Konstantyn. He was very friendly and helpful and let us leave our luggage in the room until the ferry departure time. That was excellent. The room was clean, beds very comfy. Basic room but great location, nice balcony. We only slept there and most of day day we were out and about. Thanks so much for the stay we highly recommend it.

Beautiful garden surrounded by olive trees, very well maintained area and hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. We had a beatiful view from the balcony on the second floor (olive trees and the gera gulf) There is a breakfast option, which is satisfactory. There is a small beach within walking distance, the sea is not the best but good have a calm, seaside option within reach. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a calm and peaceful vacation. There are few taverns in 5-10 min driving distance.
