Loved that breakfast items were locally-sourced, where possible. The provision of a bin for compostables was much appreciated - saved me bringing them home!

A recently renovated guest house located in Nuriootpa, The Guest Room, Barossa features a garden. The air-conditioned accommodation is 47 km from My Money House Oval, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The Guest Room has a really nice personal touch to it. Every furniture and ornament is well thought. I especially love the cheese platter, which tasted really good and was very thoughtful of the host! All basic amenities were provided, and communications with her were effortless to say the least. Super glad I came across the place prior to coming to Barossa. I simply couldn’t recommend the place enough; anyone looking to do wine tours in Barossa would definitely appreciate the strategic location of the guest house ☺️

The guest house offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Our lovely host Evelyn made us feel so welcome and had a lovely loaf of home made bread wrapped up in a tea towel for us to have for breakfast. It was so nice there wasn't much left for breakfast! It is in a beautiful location where you can hear the wind rushing through the trees and the birds signing, utter peace and quiet. It was a lovely place to stay and everything is catered for, we will be back.
