Nicely furnished and finished, very comfortable king size bed, aircon, ceiling fan, lovely rear patio, lovely gardens out front, well appointed bathroom, well provisioned kitchen, nice touches in the fridge like orange juice and jams for toast. Julie has provided every comfort for your stay, and it’s conveniently situated just across the road from an excellent shopping centre, and nestled next to lovely bushland for dog walks.

This place is amazing, it has everything, the kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need aswell as all plates and cutlery you’ll need. It has a washer and dryer and clotheslines, the bathroom has a lovely shower and all soaps and handcream aswell. The bed was super comfy and the living room couch was also very comfy. The whole place was very homey and a lovely place to stay for our week. The pool and pool deck was perfect for afternoon swims after a hot day of activities. It has a golf net aswell with balls to hit and many many courses around nearby which was very fun. The location of the house in my opinion was perfect. Far enough away from the “big city” to be nice and quiet however close enough that nothing was out of reach. The view from our deck was amazing and there was a shopping centre just a couple minutes drive away. And finally there was Paul and Alison, thank you so very much for our stay, the both of you were great to chat to, had amazing recommendations and made our stay perfect. They provided us with a complementary bottle of wine, and breakfast for our first morning. And of course the pups were very cute and friendly. Would I recommend you stay here? Absolutely! Not only was it a perfect private little area for us it was very affordable, especially compared to your general hotel and motels it was the best value for money option I could’ve found. We have tried a few different configurations for our family of 5 but found this worked the best of anything we have done to date. Private, scenic and well located (30 minutes either way will have you seen everything the Goldy has to offer), we had everything we needed for our short holiday (with Joy and Keith going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more). Breakfast is top notch and extremely generous, a great way to start the day. We also made good use of the pool while we were there, which has a beautiful view overlooking the water, and were able to feed some frequenting swans - an unexpected bit of fun for our kids. If you are planning a family holiday and need a base to plan your trip around, this is a perfect location and in our view, is a significantly better option than staying at a similarly priced apartments which do not offer the space, privacy and personalised touch of this accommodation.
