Amazing recently refurbished hotel in American River. The rooms were spacious and super comfy beds. We actually spotted the glossy black cockatoo from our balcony. The hosts were super friendly and served a delicious breakfast every morning and we went for their 7 course fine dining for dinner where we got to watch sunset and was the best meal we had on the island hands down

What a fantastic spot to come home to at the end of an amazing day taking in the sights and sounds of Kangaroo Island. Bright and spacious with great bushland views and a very comfy bed! Wedgetaildown was exactly what we were looking for. Betty and Peter were wonderful hosts.

Pláž Baudin Beach se nachází přibližně 700 metrů odtud. a perfect bungalow on a perfect island , a dream All was perfect : quiet place , confortable room , patio , friendly staff , Thanks a lot , if you want quiet , simple , small bed and breakfast , i recommand and i hope to come again ❤️

Very comfortable, cosy and functional. Loved the peace and quiet and the variety of friendly birds around. Being on a sheep farm was amazing, although you were never close or bothered by the animals. Very grateful for the flexible check out times. Simply a wonderful stay.
