The place is amazing with a beautiful well cared garden outside where it is possible to relax and enjoy nature on very comfy deck chairs. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean, equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was beyond our expactations, rich and delicious, basically a full meal with cheese, mixed cold cuts, salmon, croissants, bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, jam, orange juice, eggs, fresh fruit smoothie and more. The place is around 500m far from the train station from which it's very easy and quick to reach Gent and Brugge. Cherry on top of the pie is the warm welcome recieived from Sam and his cat. He made us feel at home and regret staying only one night. Definitely the best Host we met in Belgium, he keeps building and enriching his little gem place with passion and dedication, giving to his guests a great experience. Very much recommended, we will come back for sure for a longer stay.

The property has an outdoor dining area. We only stayed one night but it was ideal. Spacious but cosy with a perfect outside seating area for a drink in the evening. Really good communication from the owner. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Some cafes and restaurants in walking distance as well which was a bonus.
