We booked very short before arriving (just half hour before). Due to the fact that we are travelling with kids, we required the sleeping couch. She especially came back to her guesthouse from outside Oban to make the bed for the kids. And she even offered some additional free biscuits for the kids . The room itself was perfect for a small family. Very clean comfortable and modern. I would definitely recommend it.
