We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. Summerfields house is a beautiful property, The Breakfast was delicious, freshly made and much to choose from.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at the House with the two front doors. Rachael’s daughter and her partner welcomed us with open arms and showed us around the beautiful house. They also cooked us a fantastic breakfast the next morning. We stayed in the smaller of the two rooms. It had so much character and really felt homely. The double bed was a little small for us but that’s because we’re used to a kingsize at home (and we’re quite tall). We also missed a tall mirror for getting ready but those are minor things that did not impact our stay. The morning of our last day we got to see Rachael, who also cooked a fabulous breakfast for us. There’s so much character and history in the house and it’s wonderful to see how much care Rachael takes to keep the house as beautiful as it is. We highly recommend staying here as it feels like a home away from home!
