The hotel is beautifully designed, cozy, and full of charm. The location is perfect – just a minute from the lake and surrounded by the sweetest little shops in magical Keswick. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was simply fantastic – a high-quality menu with delicious options made to order, plus drinks and homemade granola. Truly one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel! Our room was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, and every day we were treated to fresh homemade cookies waiting for us – such a lovely touch. There’s also private parking which is very convenient. We honestly enjoyed every single moment and didn’t want to leave. We travel a lot, and this is by far our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. The room is full of character, aesthetically pleasing and very thoughtfully arranged. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
