With luxurious rooms and comfortable furnishings, the hotel is an ideal base for an upmarket stay in the city. This is central Lancaster, yet it's in a quiet spot beneath the castle, and near the bus station. There's a bar/restaurant below with great food (including smashing breakfasts and enormous pies). Everything we were looking for - we'll be back! Parking nearby in town car parks - get the RingGo app on your phone before you leave home to make it easy.

Lovely property, situated in a quiet area next to canal with private parking. Very clean , breakfast was lovely and fresh, had best sleep for ages. Julie was so welcoming.

The hotel was in a good location between Morecambe and Heysham. The staff were helpful and great knowledge of the area and things to do, and the breakfast was great. Breakfast was a choice of cereals or cooked breakfast. We had a cooked full English and it was spot on. It was cooked fresh and the food was locally sourced. Staff were great and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy, had a great nights sleep. Great value for money. Perfect if you are looking for just somewhere to stay for a night and a breakfast. Would highly recommend.
