We liked everything: the promptitude of our host's response, the quality of her service, the delicious and quality breakfast, a very beautiful location and home, a comfortable, spacious and clean room.

Rooms were fantastic. Spacious and bathroom was large. We also had a bath but the other room did not but was still magnificent. Lynne was a great hostess. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable. Her dog Clara was great too and loved a pat. Lovely little village.

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and there is a guest hall upstairs with fresh cakes and tea/coffee. Breakfast is exceptional in both the spread and the generosity, and there is even a special item which changes daily. Lynette is very helpful, warm and welcoming and her passion makes a big difference to a great stay.

This is an exceptional bed and breakfast. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay with beautiful scenery and lots of sheep and cows to look at then this is it. Shirley and Nigel were so welcoming and the room had everything one would need for a great stay. Breakfast was fantastic and just about everything you could want was there. Some great restaurants and places to visit were within a reasonable driving distance. If I am ever back in the Dales again I will definitely be staying here.
