You can take drinks and snacks from a common area and just tally up at the end of your stay, no fuss, which we liked. The hosts are a nice and cheerful guy and his wife, who are also pretty flexible. We could arrange with him an early arrival and leaving our car on the property while we went for a bike ride around the lake.

The owners were nice and unit was super clean. Wonderful shower, comfortable beds, we slept great! We were able to easily cook our meals and it was nice to have a real kitchen and kitchen table and chairs. All in all, a great place and a great location for the birding and walking that we wanted. Would stay again! This is a very pretty part of Hungary and we hope to return.
