Everything was really clean and food was great, which I'm sure would extend to the other property. I loved the room and the location in the shadow of the mountain was beautiful. I loved the peace and quiet and waking up to goats clip-clopping by my room. Internet, hot water, beds and all were great. The staff were super helpful with helping me to book safaris, taxis and a bus back to Bangalore. It is a bit of a drive from Bandipur, so if planning to visit without a vehicle contact reception to help you organise everything.

Our host - Mr Immanuel is extremely kind and humble. Everything we asked for was provided timely. He has very good knowledge about the place and shared the details with us in advance of our trip, when requested. The staff here are humble too, they cook very good food, which is of less masala and feels like home cooked food. The staff here, heard me coughing and made tulasi tea - this is a very rare gesture and we appreciate it. We would love to come back here with our friends and family and we recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Masinagudi.
