There is a seating and a dining area in all units. At the bed and breakfast, the units have bed linen and towels. It’s a nice, well-equipped flat on good location. Wifi worked perfectly. Typical Italian beakfast was included and provided by the bar atvthe bottom of the house. Great communication with Sabrina, all went perfectly.

It is situated 1.1 km from Via dell' Indipendenza and features a lift. The property is 600 metres from MAMbo, and within less than 1 km of the city centre. The house was very clean and smelled nice. The host, Federico, was always in touch with us and allowed us to leave our belongings there after check-out. They also left 2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, and 1 bottle of water in the room. The city center is about a 15-minute walk, and the train station can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot. There are supermarkets and cafés just 2–3 minutes away.
