Well-received by the host even though we reached at 10pm. She was warm and responsive. The room was nice and cosy, and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. We used it as a base to explore the Dolomites - it was a little over an hour drive to Cinque Torri and Tre Cime di Lavaredo, and an hour and a half drive to Lake Braies.

C’era una volta un Re… está en Calalzo, a 46 km de Lago Sorapis, y tiene jardín, habitaciones hipoalergénicas y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. We had a really great stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell a lot of thought went into the little details. It had everything we needed — and more. There was plenty of space, and both beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was newly renovated, which was a nice bonus. The location is also super convenient — right in a tourist area. It’s close to the road, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all. A really nice touch was the coffee and tea setup, plus some sweet treats waiting for us. There was even a mini fridge in the room, which was super handy. The host was lovely — very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she explained everything clearly. Outside, there’s a little table where you can sit and relax, and nearby there’s free parking, a pizzeria, a bar, and a supermarket. The town itself is surrounded by mountains and looks absolutely stunning. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Just a heads-up: check-in is only between 5 PM and 7 PM, which might not be ideal for everyone.

Rifugio Lago D'Ajal, que cuenta con jardín, terraza y bar, ofrece alojamiento en Col con wifi gratis y vistas al lago. Este bed and breakfast ofrece alojamiento con balcón. I stayed one night at the Rifugio and had the best experience ever. The service was unbelievable. The hospitality, the food, the view, the room - everything was amazing!!! Alberto, the owner, was so helpful in picking us up from the parking lot and taking us to the refuge. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Bed and Breakfast La Coa está en Auronzo di Cadore, a 30 km de Lago Sorapis y a 23 km de Lago de Cadore, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y bar. Los propietarios son muy majos, trabajan en el bar de arriba. A la habitación no la falta detalle, es súper cómoda y acogedora. Tiene una bonita terraza que no pudimos disfrutar por ser en invierno. El desayuno muy bueno, con productos locales de la zona. Habitación grande con baño también grande. El pueblo tiene un bonito embalse donde poder dar un paseo. Sin duda repetiría

B&B Il Tabià dispone de vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Pieve di Cadore, a 45 km de Lago Sorapis. Atienden los dueños y son muy amables. Acogen todas tus dudas y orientan las excursiones diarias. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y muy bien decoradas. El desayuno no puede ser mejor.

Rifugio Ospitale está en Cortina dʼAmpezzo, a 20 km de Lago Sorapis, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Acogedor, cómodo, cálido, vistas espectaculares. El restaurante estaba cerrado pero nos dejaron preparadas cosas para poder desayunar en la habitación. Sin duda si volvemos a esta zona repetiremos este hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this B&B - cosy room with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a beautiful view from the balcony, front yard green area offering possibility to relax both in the sun and in the shadow, great breakfast with plenty of delicious home-made biscuits and last but not least - an amazing hostess, catering for all the needs, very hospitable and understanding, sharing also great advice on treks in the area.
