It has 4 bedrooms and it was just perfect. A cute pool that was big enough to keep cool, but you could also swim even if not an Olympic size..The staff are so friendly and if you wish will address you by name. I loved the fresh baked fruit bread at breakfast, my personal choice of a yummy option. Made by Susan in house. The beach is right outside the second area of the property. Local to other places to visit and eat if you are out for the day. It's such a lovely place to stay, I will be returning on my next visit.

The Hosts were friendly and welcoming.Noce clean big room with efficient & quiet air con. Huge comfy bed and a great substantial breakfast with a perfect omlette every day. The best Mango I've tasted. Close to the beach and town. I'll visit again X x.

Special thanks for the manager who gave me tour around the sights close by, and went for the extra mile. Recomend to try their food at least once.

Accommodation was basic but clean and lovely. Beautiful swimming pool. Delicious breakfast but even better was the genuine reception received from Victor and Deepi and their family. So hospitable and shared with us a wonderful insight into Sri Lankan life. If you want to tour locally they can arrange this at reasonable prices for you.

This villa was absolutely beautiful, it’s just been renovated to a very high standard. The whole villa has a stunning design and is very modern, it’s of outstanding quality, and extremely clean. The walk in showers are amazing, the bathrooms, bedrooms and living area are all beautifully designed. The villa is decorated to perfection, with Sri Lankan furniture and beautiful Sri Lankan paintings. You get the entire apartment on the top floor to yourself, and there is a private entrance to the top villa and a kitchen area. This villa is very private and has a lovely swimming pool in the garden. Rosa and her daughter Zara runs this property and they are wonderful, very hospitable people, they speak English and German fluently. The breakfast was delicious, with so many different combinations of Sri Lankan and continental with plenty of fresh fruits. The location is very nice and quiet, and in walking distance to the beach. Aluthgama is just up the road and has plenty of shops, restaurants, banks/ATM a good train station, and buses that run past every 10 minute. You will also love Billy the dog, he’s such a friendly dog and a big part of Sunny Villa. I highly recommend this property it’s very good value for money.

I stayed at SunSet Guest House during my entire stay in Beruwala, and it was perfect. The place truly lives up to its name, offering real sunset views, the soothing sound of the waves, and freshly prepared home-cooked meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all made by the host. Communication was effortless, as they speak English, and the host also speaks fluent German. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back one day.

Erin Villa has been by far the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka. Not just the facilities were awesome, huge and comfy bed, amazing separated shower, gorgeous pool and convenient location but Asanka’s hospitality is next level. Details like checking arrival time to make sure room was cool down, coconuts were ready made our stay. And the breakfast is endless, full of fresh fruits and local pastries plus omellette, etc etc etc. This creates memories one will never forget.

We hadn’t booked in advance so we turned up unannounced and they still welcomed us in with open arms. They helped us take our bags to the room and let us park our Tuk tuk on the drive where it was safe. The room was very nice and clean and spacious , and provided us with water. They even waited up for us at night to let us back in. In the morning they went above and beyond for breakfast and gave us omelettes , pastries , fruit , juices and tea. They were the best hosts and we would recommended fo anyone staying in the area. They also had a really cute friendly dog which was a highlight :)
