Beautiful room and amazing staff, very friendly and helpful (helped us organizing activities, exchanging money, arranging a taxi to Yala…). The location was extremely convenient, very close to the beach and to the delicious restaurants in the area. A 2 min walk to the main road to find a Tuk Tuk to anywhere. We had a great time, great value for money!

The apartments are clean and calm and the garden area really stands out in the street, it's really pretty. We stayed for 2 nights, but we would have loved to stay more. It's always fully booked, and rightfully so. If you are going to Nilaveli, this is the place to stay!

Our room was spacious – with a private bathroom, balcony overlooking the garden, crisp AC, reliable Wi‑Fi, and great comfort overall . It quickly became our peaceful little haven after a day in the sun. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts—Suman, Mallika, and their family. They greeted us even during our early arrival, having our room already prepared . Mallika’s home‑cooked Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat—delicious, generous, and served with heartfelt kindness . The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming—complete with friendly cats, chickens wandering through the garden, and a homely ambience that truly made us feel “at home” . They went above and beyond by helping arrange tuk‑tuks, and transfers, you name it—with helpful, local insider knowledge . Pláž Uppuveli Beach se nachází 300 metrů od ubytování. úžasný personál. s úsměvem nás přivítali v 11 večer, na recepci vždyck někdo je (myslím, že bydlí ve vedlejší místnosti). majitel je velice vstřícný, snaží se pomoct a vždy odpovídá na zprávy. příjemná zahrada s možností posezení a občerstvení.

I love the location! It's right on the beach! And during the time we were there, the beach to the left and to the right from the hotel was deserted. There are only a few rooms at the hotel and guests would leave somewhere and at times it felt like we had our own private beach just for two of us! Also having breakfast and dining there is so great, because again your doing it right on the beach, so the scenery and the sounds of waves are perfect. I live how they have us so many different traditional Sri-Lankan side dishes to our order. The bungalows are located far from the main road, so you only hear the sound of waves and nothing else. Very nice owners and staff - they helped us with luggage both during check-in and check-out and did it out of genuine hospitality, not like most places in the world where they help you with luggage and stay there wait for tips. Really great place, very romantic, I hope we'll be able to come back to Sri-Lanka again and stay at these Bungalows!
