The homestay is in a perfect location, with only 15 minutes walk to Thrangu Tashi Yangtse monastery. The view of the surrounding hills and villages was spectacular. The homestay staff was very attentive and provided authentic tasty food. The guy from the UK took us to look around the villages and introduced the meaningful innovative program to install water tank and pipeline for the village inhabitants. The unique experience brough us a closer look to the life of the local Tamang people.

A traditional building in the center of historical Bhaktapur. The staff was so attentive and always present. Breakfast was great. I loved the feel of the hotel.

The location is super central, modern and clean, daily cleaning of toilet and common areas, comfortable rooms. Nice and friendly owner, nice terrace on top. We would go back on our next visit to Kathmandu!

I spent three wonderfully warm and pleasant nights here. Shailendra and his wife were gentle and kind, treating me like a dear elder and a long-lost friend. I cherished the breakfast time every morning. They welcomed me like family. Sitting by the balcony, savoring the delicious breakfast they prepared, watching the view, listening to the birds sing, and sharing unhurried conversations—this was exactly the meaning of my trip. Walking out from the hotel, there are many cafés nearby. A little further, you’ll find bookstores, supermarkets, and the beautiful traditional architecture of Patan. Compared to other areas of Kathmandu, Patan feels more peaceful and perfect for leisurely strolls. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here. This place has left me with beautiful memories of Kathmandu. May we all enjoy life to the fullest in our own corners of the world. See you again.

The Anis were wonderful and the breakfast was a great addition that I hadn't expected. Delicious tea. Easy walk to Boudha stupa.

This former residence has been very beautifully restored, it retains its character yet feels contemporary. The garden patio is calm & well designed, a great space for breakfast. The bedrooms retain their authentic charm again beautiful restoration work and exceptionally clean, the en suites are modern and blend in very well. The young man working on reception is extremely helpful, friendly, and makes time to talk, especially about Nepali & Patan culture. Highly highly recommended.
