Delightful host and a wonderfully quiet and comfortable room. Absolutely no problem with the water pressure in the shower once it is turned to hot then backed off slightly. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay and with a lot of lovely detail inside and especially in the garden. Modern bathroom, carpet in the entire flat and comfortable beds. Location is nice quiet and very close to the ocean. Also nearby a very tasty fish and chips restaurant. The city center is only 7 minutes by car.

I don't often write reveiws unless suitably impressed, The place was fantastic in every way. It was new, clean, beautifully decorated, the beds again were the most comfortable ever, with beautiful linen. The wifi and facilities were brilliant. This was a great place to explore Hastings and surrounding areas. A lovely home to come to after a day out. There is even a barbeque to use outside the doors, a lovely verandah to sit in the evenings and the huge doors open up on a hot evening. Very close to cafes and places to visit and not far from splash planet.

The room and en-suite are large and appointed with quality furnishings. King size bed, refrigerator, drying rack, front patio with table and chairs. The shower is easily adjusted for height with excellent pressure and ample hot water. It’s located across from the beach and boardwalk. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Hosts live above and are easily accessible yet unobtrusive. Very comfortable.

Sea Breeze está frente a la playa en Napier, a 15 min a pie de McLean Park y a 800 metros de Pania of the Reef Statue. The location was perfect, loved the unique character and style inside. Lovely friendly host. Value for money. Enjoyed freshly brewed coffee in the mornings and looking out to the ocean from the sunroom/indoor balcony. Thank you for having us , will be keen to stay again in future

A wonderfully restored Victorian house. Room: comfortable, cosy, plush with lovely little details in sitting colours, sea view. Bathroom: heated floor and towel rack, toiletries, rain shower, lighting bathrobes. Dining room: comfortable, coffee, tea, water & snacks, sun deck. Excellent breakfast, afternoon drinks with canapés.

It was comfortable, clean. and sunny. Walkable to centre of Taradale. Heat pump and heated towel rails helpful for chilly nights. Great TV.

Our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony in the early evening was so relaxing and peaceful. Mike recommmended watching the the sunrise from our balcony was an absolute bonus. The location of the BnB was ideal for walking into the city centre. The continential breakfast was very inviting! If we are lucky enough to be in Napier again we would not hesistate staying at M&M's again. Thank you Mike and Maree for a memorable stay
