The boys loved the stream and watching the eels. 2 days and we didn't want to leave.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was great, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The garden was lovely and added to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the hosts, Will and Maria — they were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, and I truly appreciated how Maria adapted it to be vegan-friendly, making it even more special. I also loved the hot tub, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. All in all, this was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would love to come back again!

The lodge is beautiful and cosy with a few minutes walk to the river. Philip’s hospitality is truly one of a kind, warm, personal, and full of heart. The breakfast was delicious, generous, and thoughtfully customized just for us. A truly special stay and a very warm recommendation from us!
