Sally and Mike are very helpful, gave the best tips making sure we would have the best experience possible during our stay. Their breakfast is 11/10, we used the paid laundry service and it was perfect as well, they also have kayaks, bikes, snorkeling gear for free, I'd recommend this place with my eyes closed. Will come back for sure. The best time we had during our trip was in Bocas del Toro. A taxi is just 1$ per person to downtown. 30min walk.

Her hospitality and kindness is one of a kind and she really makes the difference from other stays. The place is one of the few places totally worth it in Bocas in terms of infrastructure. RIVAs place is by far one of the best places to stay and I highly recommend the location as well. You guys need to try the “coconut local bread” in the mornings with Ania. Her cooking is even better so please try the omelette 100%

The entire staff is amazing and they are doing their best to make you feel like home. We had a great time there! The food from the restaurant is the best that you can find on the island. I want to give a feedback about the room that is under the kitchen because I saw many comments about that room. We had that room and it was no issue in terms of noise. Cheers guys!

📍 Located just 50 meters from the docks and a 17-minute walk to El Istmito Beach, Hostal Hansi offers the perfect base to explore the vibrant island life of Isla Colón. I liked everything. It was my 4th time staying there, and the place never disappoints. The kitchen is spacious, clean and well equipped, the staff are friendly but discreet, the location is the best.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends into her home. The place is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, a lovely dock, and a lush garden perfect for relaxing. The facilities are excellent, but what truly makes this place special is the warmth and hospitality of Carmen and Marcel. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always with such kindness and care. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and abundant—a perfect way to start the day. And in the evening, Carmen’s home-cooked dinners were a treat—she prepares the freshest fish of the day, and all the guests gather around the table to share a meal and great conversation. Carmen was incredibly helpful with everything, from tending to a blister on my foot to organizing day trips. This stay was more than just accommodation—it was a truly memorable experience. I can’t recommend it enough!

Facilities include a living room, dining room, kitchen and a terrace. The attention to detail from Marina was more than 5 star; her warmth and personality made our visit *****
