I usually don't bother to write reviews, but this place was superb. We stayed here for four nights. The place is gorgeous and Mike adapted to our timetables and dietary restrictions with the breakfast (one of us is on a gluten and dairy-free diet). He also gave us tips and answered all our questions, and also answered quickly via whatsapp, even way before our trip when we were figuring our transport out of Bocas. The location is slightly out of town so the vibes are relaxed and very cool. The ride to town is just 1$ per person, very easily done with taxis and busses passing all the time. I would highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived,Ania made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The breakfast was simply delicious - fresh, homemade, and the perfect way to start the day. Ania also went above and beyond by giving us fantastic tips on things to do and, more importantly, what to avoid to ensure we had the best experience without falling for any tourist traps. Adding to the charm of Riva were her adorable pets a sweet dog Lucian and two lovely cats who made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality, this is it! Everything was perfect, and if we ever go again to Bocas we will stay here! Highly recommended!

Oasis Bluff Beach se nachází na pláži Bluff, 6 km od města Bocas, a nabízí ničím nerušený výhled na pláž a oceán. Na místě je bar. We totally recommend this place! The entire staff is amazing and they are doing their best to make you feel like home. We had a great time there! The food from the restaurant is the best that you can find on the island. I want to give a feedback about the room that is under the kitchen because I saw many comments about that room. We had that room and it was no issue in terms of noise. Cheers guys!

Hostal Hansi se nachází v Bocas del Toro, 17 minut chůze od pláže El Istmito. Je to 50 metrů od doků. Všechny pokoje jsou soukromé, některé mají terasu, TV, klimatizaci a teplou vodu. It’s a nice hostel just next to the docks in Bocas Town so very convenient location, multiple supermarkets around as well as restaurants and all tour operators. Also the local busses around the main island leave from the street behind. The beds are comfy and rooms spacious. No AC in most of Bocas hostels, we had a ceiling fan that didn’t rotate very fast so it got quite humid at times in the room but we had a little balcony to dry our stuff there. There is a common kitchen with good facilities and first time I see the fridges divided into sections by the room numbers, which was amazing. Another guest though still decided to steal our food (caught on security cameras) but the hostel staff handled it fantastically. We also got an extra blanket when requested and wanted to extend our stay with one more night and that was also immediately arranged for us.

Barrbra BnB Over The Sea se nachází v Bocas del Toro a je 2patrový dům postavený přímo nad mořem. Dům má 4 pokoje ve 2. patře. Každá ložnice má vlastní koupelnu se sprchou a teplou vodou. We had an amazing stay; Marco and his team are so kind the whole time, and made us feel at home. The breakfast was incredible, the trust bar worked fantastically... Really nothing bad to mention about Barrbra. There is also a dock there where you can get taxis into town or book tours- so you don't even need to go into town for activities if you don't want to! The place itself is beautifully decorated with a great common area. The wifi was great to work and take calls; sometimes it cut out but that was an island wide thing. AC in the room was incredible and a godsend Would come back here if we return to Bocas del Toro

The remoteness of the place, the piece that one can find there, the nature/wildlife (we saw sloth right next to the path), the food, the attentiveness of the hosts, the build/decoration and surroundings - everything was done in the traditional style. Opportunities for hikes and experiences not far from the place (Bluff beach, La Piscina beach, etc.).

Not only was the Dolphin Bay Hideaway the most beautiful location we have stayed at in Bocas del Toro, but Brian and his team were also the most welcoming and attentive hosts we have met during our travels. The scenery is breathtaking, surrounded by rich nature and abundant wildlife, and the food was simply outstanding. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—like early morning coffee, the relaxed atmosphere of just spending time at the Hideaway, and the freedom to shape each day as we wished. Brian is a truly remarkable host: knowledgeable, generous with his time, always ready for a friendly chat, yet never intrusive. We left feeling not only rested and inspired, but also deeply grateful for such an unforgettable experience. The combination of the stunning location and Brian’s warm, engaging personality created the perfect mix for a memorable stay, leaving us not only rested and inspired, but also deeply grateful for such an unforgettable experience. If you wonder whether reality can live up to the glowing reviews, imagine it actually surpassing them.

Bamboo Lodge se nachází v destinaci Bocas del Toro a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi, zahradu, terasu a bar. Pláž Y Griega se nachází 300 metrů od ubytování Bamboo Lodge a Istmito je 900 metrů od ubytování. Everything about Bamboo Lodge was superb. Our room was spacious, new and furnished to a high standard, with a hot shower, air con and a big comfy bed. The pool is excellent and the poolside area is a lovely place to relax with a drink. Stefan and Julie were incredibly accomodating hosts, super friendly and with good recommendations for the area. The location is a bit outside town (it's easy enough to walk and taxis aren't expensive) and this makes it very peaceful. But there are good places to eat and drink nearby - the Sicilian restaurant a few doors down is great and the Pipa beach bar round the corner is also very nice.
