I’m riding my bicycle around Thailand and they even get up early in the morning to buy some food for me to take as I was leaving at 6:15 AM. Their breakfasts are legendary. Instead of Western meal, They provided traditional Thai food. They also gave lots of advice on what to see and do in Phetchaburi.

I really enjoyed my stay at Banthai Guesthouse and in Pretburi in general, and next time I would stay for a few days! The guest house was very cute, and the host was gracious and accommodating. I was able to text to let them know when I would arrive so I could drop my suitcase off, and she gave me a great recommendation for a dinner restaurant. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go (train station, restaurants, Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park) within 30 minutes. Even though the rooms are not AC, I thought the fan kept things plenty cool, and I was very comfortable. They even provided a simple European style breakfast with toast, coffee (instant), tea, and yogurt.

They run the homestay with love. Very comfortable room/bed, even with Netflix :) A nice surprise! Great value for money!

I was in Room 5 and it was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the street. I sat and drank my coffee in the morning which was a delight. A lovely surprise, not met in other places, were the 2 cold bottles of water in the fridge and the 2 bottles on the table. Water in the guesthouse is free and the breakfast is the best in town. The people at the guesthouse are really helpful. All you have to do is ask and it shall be done!

Despite the language barrier we communicate without issues, such warm people. The room had everything and when I asked for few things like iron and the board, it was not an issue. I was fortune also on my way out as they arranged a taxi for me last minute so very grateful 🙏 the room was super clean, nice comfy bed and clean toilet. Phetchaburi is worth visiting, 2 caves, incredible temples and the white pagoda ❤️🙌 absolutely enjoyed my stay there

I can’t recommend this enough, there are no words to describe how beautiful, clean and welcoming. It is such an amazing place, the bed made me feel like a princess and the food was delicious!! During my stay, I had to submit an article about the lovely paradise to a local travel magazine!!

I love pretty much everything about this little hotel.... It was my third or fourth time staying there. It's a little family run operation that's clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
