We arrived as soon as our boat tour finished, which was around noon. Without us even asking, The staff quickly finished our room for us to allow us early access. The room is comfortable and big. The property is only a 5 minute walk from the airport, so perfectly located for early flights.

The owners and the staff were very friendly and kind. We need the breakfast very early because my family need to take their boat back home. We call to change the breakfast and they were ok to change it. I stayed with my son. Went 3rd night to other hotel in case of my son want have a drink, so we don’t have to drive anymore. But new hotel didn’t offer free airport shuttle. We came back to DL to rent their scooter. The owner offered us a free airport “shuttle”.

Basic but very clean rooms. Good A/C and showers! The dining room is surrounded in windows and has a perfect view of the AMAZING sunsets in Labuan Bajo. Pool is wonderful as well. Staff is nice. They packed a breakfast for us to take with us on our boat ride because we were leaving too early to attend breakfast. You just need to request it the night before.

Stayed here for one night before a boat trip and it was perfect. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful and even arranged free airport pick up. The breakfast was also lovely and served outside of your room. They asked us what time we wanted it for, so that we were ready for our taxi to the boat trip.

We liked everything. First the location for us coming from our boat and anchoring just outside their beach was perfect. The lush green gardens , exceptionally friendly staff and overall facilities are perfect for what we needed and also exceeded our expectations.

Gorgeous setting and hotel, easy access to walk around Labuan Bajo and hop on a diving boat the next day at the marina. The breakfast buffet was huge and very delicious options!

Personell is really helpfull, rooms are cleanest and comfortable we’ve found on our asia trip so far. We arrived in the evening and very last minute, they also arranged transportation for us from the airport as well. Location is literally right next to the harbour, so if you’re doing a komodo boat trip, this is really convenient

The food was delicious. The location was amazing, with panoramic view of the beautiful beaches of Labuan Bajo. The hotel itself is immaculate, well maintained and very detail oriented. They offer all sorts of activities from cycling, snorkelling and paddle boarding to full day boat tours aboard the well maintained hotel boats. Overall, excellent experience. I need to mention the staff as it was a highlight. They were extremely attentive and polite and made the experience so much better.
