Artis Zoo is less than 1 km away and Amsterdam Central Station is a 13-minute walk from the boat. This was our first time staying on a houseboat and the Lena Maria exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was small but well appointed with numerous cubbies to put you belongings and suitcases. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. I was also able to have hot chocolate with breakfast but also after coming back from our excursions which was really great to warm us up. Richard and Gabby assisted us with our luggage when we arrived. It was icy when we were leaving and Gabby cleared a path on the deck for us to walk safely and he again assisted us with our luggage. Gabby was very helpful with all our needs and answered every question we had. He always had a wonderful and welcoming smile. A special thank you to Gabby. Give this man a raise!

This boat features accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is situated 3.6 km from Moco Museum. Very cozy tiny apartment, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend to bring slippers in winter time as we use to change our shoes and it was very cold from the bottom because of the water underneath. Definitely use the bikes otherwise nearest public transport is 18 min walking distance through a park and quiet neighborhood (tram will take you through all the downtown straight to the Central Station). We loved our stay ♥️

Beautifully docked with stunning views of the canal, the cute ducks, and the Amsterdam skyline, it was truly a delight to sit outside on the dock and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine! The dry sauna was an extra bonus - the host was kind enough to bring us some wood so that we can get it started! Beds were comfortable, small - but fine considering the size of the unit. Washroom was adequately equipped with soap.
