The staff was outstanding from start to finish — genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Meeting the captain was a highlight; he kindly showed me the captain’s cabin and even took time to chat again the following day. The food & beverage manager was also great and even made me a special drink with wasabi, which I really appreciated. The buffet was very good with a nice variety, and the signature drinks like Pho and Autumn in Hanoi were excellent. The Royal Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the overall cruise experience felt premium. William (Hoang) gave a great tour of the ship, and Định, Thiện, and Vy provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, the crew was warm and welcoming — these are just the names I happened to remember.

Unfortunately it was quite cold so couldn’t sit on deck, swim or kayak but at least it didn’t rain so we were able to do everything else. The caves were huge and quite breathtaking. Ming looked after us as did all the crew. The food was amazing and they made me meat dishes instead of of sea food. Everything ran smoothly from the first pick up to being dropped of at the hotel. Dam made sure we knew exactly what we were doing at what time. Nice boat, the room was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

The cruise itself was very enjoyable. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom, and the activities offered were pleasant and well-organized. This cruise is more on the relaxing side rather than adventure-filled, so while other cruises may offer a wider range of activities, this one is perfect if you’re looking for a calm and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a very nice experience with the Le Journey team, we loved all the activities planed and the service was outstanding in every way. The Cruise manager was of great help and communicated everything to us and made sure we were having a great experience. The boat is very comfortable and the food and cocktails were amazing and it was a wonderful way to see the Halong Bay.
