The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The cabin was clean, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the bay. The food was good and thoughtfully prepared—each meal was a treat! The itinerary was well-paced with just the right mix of relaxation and activities. We especially enjoyed – boat tour, and the cooking class. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional good service of Antony. He is truly highly commendable and the best ever butler we had since we cruises, attentive to needs and keen to every details.

The property has sea and mountain views, and is 1.5 km from Cannon Fort. The boat features family rooms. Every good, both Asian and European. The variety was great and of good quality. Vegetarian/vegan is possibly catered for but that did not apply to us.

There was a treadmill in the gym. The staff tried to be helpful in every way.

The views were stunning. Unfortunately it was quite cold so couldn’t sit on deck, swim or kayak but at least it didn’t rain so we were able to do everything else. The caves were huge and quite breathtaking. Ming looked after us as did all the crew. The food was amazing and they made me meat dishes instead of of sea food. Everything ran smoothly from the first pick up to being dropped of at the hotel. Dam made sure we knew exactly what we were doing at what time. Nice boat, the room was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

The boat is very comfortable and the food and cocktails were amazing and it was a wonderful way to see the Halong Bay.
