The whole complex felt very family-like and cozy. We had a lot of privacy but also fun by the pool. All the employees and the hotel owner were extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We felt very comfortable during the entire stay. Also everything was very fotogenic and aesthetic.

We spent 3 nights at Villa Adrian in Ksamil in September 2025, traveling as a family with our 7-year-old children. We were absolutely delighted with the service provided. The accommodation was very clean, with a housekeeper coming every day to tidy up the apartment and bring fresh towels, which we really appreciated. We booked bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and served in the rooftop restaurant with a lovely view. The whole property is very well maintained, modern, and family-run, and every member of the family was kind and welcoming. The location, in my opinion, is perfect: about a 5–7 minute walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Ksamil, and only 2 minutes to the town center with cafés, restaurants, and a lively nightlife. Since it’s right in the center, it can be a bit noisy, but once the windows are closed, the sound doesn’t disturb. Around 1 a.m. everything quiets down, as the fun moves to the beach clubs, so the noise was never really a problem for us. Since we usually travel on a budget, we were very happy with the value for money. The accommodation was quite affordable, yet the service exceeded our expectations. We would gladly recommend Villa Adrian to other travelers.

The hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely and healthy and the family rooms had two balconies with a living room which was lovely. The bathroom was modern and clean and fresh towels and sheets daily. 5 mins walk to the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The staff were lovely. Really nice lady with a baby checked us in and had good English. She was very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves on the balcony one night and came to our rescue! Really couldn't recommend enough.
