The property is situated in the West Bank of Luxor, away from the hustle of the east bank. Run by brothers, Ahmed and Mahmoud, they are extremely helpful from the beginning. Helped with providing transportation from the airport. And later also assisted with planning and with the logistics of transport to and from the attraction sites. With his recommendation we did one day on the west side where we hired a car and it was fully worth it. For the other day we did the east side and hired a motor board. Both times we got a great deal and were taken good care. Lovely breakfast was served on the rooftop overlooking a gorgeous view of the river Nile. Later we had food from the restaurant which was also run by Ahmed. Food was tasty and inexpensive. Some of the veggies are grown in the restaurant itself. As the villa is a bit far away from the center of West Bank, Ahmed provided means to go around in a car free of charge. Mahmoud helped us with going around the village and was ready to help us at any moment. It’s also important to mention that there was another boy named Ahmed who was always around and helping the brothers. Had a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Would come back for sure if we get another chance.

very nice apartment/ hotel. Big room and the manager was really nice. He let us check out late free of charge and was present if needed. I loved the layout of the hotel and the pool and the rooms were super well sized and nice to be in. Balcony front and back and awesome view. Good deal too as we paid 120 for 3 nights with breakfast.

The place is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the room very much! Breakfast was delicious and they prepared very early for us. There was a tuktuk driver who was taking us to the Ferry and the price was reasonable. We also arranged a transfer to the airport. I totally recommend this place.

The apartment is very lovely, spacious and has a terrific view. At arrival the host welcomes you and gifts you fruits and water. The bed is very comfy and the living room is very nicely decorated. Additionally the host is very helpful if you need anything especially in regards to transportation or trips. The Wifi is very good, which is a big plus. The host was treating you as part of the family, and you felt really taken care off by them. I had a great time and would love to return again!

Great villa with a great pool and always available host. This is perfect for a dip after a super hot Egyptian day. Staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the property, the host is always available and there is a free shuttle to the ferry crossing. Would have been easily 10/10 hadn't it been for the issue below.

Great place to stay! We had the appartment at the ground floor with the garden where we used to chill out in the evening There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and the bedroom. There is also a washing machine. At the corner of the street there is a small supermarket so we could buy there the things we needed. Mohamed - the owner of Villa Diletta - was very very helpful every time we needed him Everybody was very kind Amazing experience!

After a busy day viewing temples and tombs and trying to avoid the over-zealous local traders, it was great to relax and chill out at Rose Villa. Owner was always in contact with any issues and helped with transport. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed at, can't recommend it highly enough.
