The staff were outstanding - especially Iker at the front desk. He went far beyond his duties and helped us resolve a personal issue. Truly the best! The room was compact, but perfectly comfortable for a few nights. Very clean and warm. We were traveling with our dog, and it was great to find a pet bed and a bowl waiting in the room.

Host of this place is amazing! 20 out of 10;) she took care of us in nice and friendly manner. You could feel she has an experience and knows what guests need to enjoy Bilbao. We got full instructions where to go what to see, tips about transport and food! Lovely person!

Perfect location! Could be tricky to find parking but there is a parking garage close by as well. We had some issues getting i to the apartment but our history was amazing at solving the issue. The place is renovated and has everything you need

We loved our stay! The room was so big and had everything we needed and more. It was super comfortable! The coffee machine and kitchenette was very nice and had everything we needed. The shower was great and everything was very clean. The owner was lovely and extremely helpful with giving us local tips. Would definitely recommend!

This was a very nice apartment. Would be perfect for a family who has a car and wants a little distance from others. The apartment was clean, quaint, well-furnished. Owners were very nice and helpful.
