I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect. The house is immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear that Patricia puts her heart into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. She is an exceptional host – attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything you might need. What truly sets this place apart is its unique history. The house itself tells a story, and staying here feels like stepping into a living piece of heritage. It’s beautifully preserved yet equipped with all the modern comforts you could ask for. The village is charming, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. And the local restaurants? Absolutely fantastic! They offer a great variety of delicious food, showcasing the best of the region. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s more than just a stay; it’s an experience. The place is just beautiful, with direct access to the river beach and a little bar right across. There’s plenty of green areas to relax, with chairs to sunbathe and hammocks. Personnel is friendly, breakfast is nice, and the room was clean and spacious. The location is nice, 10 minutes away by car from Caminha and 20 from amazing beaches such as Vila Praia de Ancora. I’d recommend and I’d definitely come back.

Very comfortable setup and space. Lots of work has gone into creating it. The garden space is lovely with a fantastic view. The family were very helpful and we felt at home. Easy to find, great location. I suspect this place would be amazing in summer as you can enjoy the garden and outdoor area. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place! So cosy and beautifully decorated. The view was simply breathtaking! Comfortable beds and perfect peace – we slept so well. The host was incredibly kind. One of my friends had a birthday, and Paulo prepared a gift for her – wine and sweets! It was such a touching gesture. We had a truly lovely time in this apartment, enjoyed a proper rest, and in the morning continued our journey to Santiago de Compostela

Very central in a beautiful part of town. Close to the centre and also the ferry. Great shops and restaurants just at the end of the road. Perfect if you are on the Camino route. The house has everything you need so ideal if you want to self cater. It was clean spacious and very pretty. Some have mentioned the windowless bedroom but it is very attractively designed and not at all claustrophobic. There are 3 tvs so everyone should be happy! Communication was smooth and it was easy to organise the key code to enter the house.

Fantastic host, guiding us through this amazing historic restored villa. Wonderful period furniture throughout the villa and a tower allowing for 360 degree views. Super garden and pool area. Situated on the Camino. Huge breakfast selection of sumptuous food. A large bodega to relax.

Magnificent views over the river Mino and Spain. From the room you could see the sun set behind the hill. The rooms are like individual bungalows with panoramic windows floor to ceiling. Very quiet place ideal for good sleep and relaxation. As the location of the hotel is high up the hill the air is very clean. Easy walk down to the village of Seixas.

I stayed at the Villa with my family and we had the most amazing time. The host and his family were incredibly hospitable and I can’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely be back to stay longer.
